I called customer service and the woman was very helpful and pleasant. I received the parts in good order thanks to the fine packing job, and when I installed the parts it all worked perfectly! Thanks! My Parabody 350 home gym was purchased new in the late 1990s. It is a great unit but one of the pulley cables was done; and I didn't expect to be able to obtain a replacement part, and thought I would have to fabricate the part.
